There will be mainly light winds, with it still feeling a little chilly.
Tube
On the London Overground there is no service between Gunnersbury and Richmond due to a signal failure at Richmond.
There is also no service between Romford and Upminster due to an absence of train operators.
On the District Line there is no service from Turnham Green to Richmond due to the same signal failure at Richmond.
The Piccadilly Line is hit with more severe delays today due to the shortage of trains.
There is currently a good servie on the rest of the line.
Traffic
There is heavy traffic on M11 southbound between J5 A1168 (Loughton) and J4 A406 North Circular (Woodford).
