CHILDREN told people across the world to “be kind and believe in themselves” when they released balloons into the sky for anti-bullying week.
Pupils from South Grove Primary School, Tottenham, released the balloons to the sky containing messages about ways to stop bullying.
They hope their words of wisdom stamp out bullying altogether.
Kamari wrote: “My message to the world is…be kind and share.”
Jiya wrote: “My message to the world is to believe in yourself. If you get bullied, tell a teacher, a parent or an adult you trust.”
Safiya wrote: “For everyone to be smiling for every hour every second and every day. Never doubt that any person can make a big difference and alter the world. You never know what could happen.”
The children all hope to get replies to their messages.
They were launched as part of anti-bullying week. Children were invited to Alexandra Palace to attend the Diana Award Anti Bullying Conference.
Moses wrote: “My message to the world is to be really kind and stop other children all around the country to stop bullying.”
