Overground passengers in Enfield and east London are facing closures and disruption once again this weekend.

Train services will not take place on early Sunday morning (October 9) between Liverpool Street and Enfield Town, Cheshunt and Chingford.

Replacement buses will run instead – the L1 from Seven Sisters to Enfield Town, L2 between Cheshunt and Seven Sisters, and the L3 between Hackney Downs and Chingford.

Travellers can also use Abellio Greater Anglia services between Liverpool Street and Cheshunt (via Tottenham Hale), and tickets will be valid on the Underground “via all reasonable routes”, say TfL.

The first Overground train on Sunday from Liverpool Street to Enfield Town will leave at 10am, with service beginning the other way at 10.22;

Trains will start at 10.15am from Liverpool Street to Cheshunt, and at 10.31am going south.
