DAREDEVILS can take part in a charity abseil to help a hospital raise £120,000 to build a garden for stroke and dementia patients.

Chase Farm Hospital, in The Ridgeway, Enfield, has already made £95,000 thanks to “overwhelming” support.

But it is now appealing for people to take part in an abseil on Saturday, September 17 at Kentish Town Fire Station, to help it reach its goal.

One of the gardens will help stroke patients recover while the other will support dementia patients.
