SUPERMARKET staff swapped the tills for the great outdoors when they took part in a 50 kilometre walk.
The 20-strong team made up of Lidl employees, in Ardra Road, Enfield, raised £2,500 for cancer charity CLIC Sargent.
They sent off from Limehouse Basin in Tower Hamlets and walked the River Lee canal towpath through five London boroughs.
At 7pm, after going beyond city limits, they arrived at their final destination in Hertford.
