The beach will come to Enfield this summer as part of a series of city centre events.
On Tuesday, July 26 and Thursday, July 28, there will be two free seaside themed fun days for children at Palace Garden Shopping Centre in Enfield.
On the Tuesday, Kids Club Tropicana will get everyone in the carnival mood with Squawk, a pair of vibrant tropical bird puppets.
A craft station will be set up so children can make grass skirts, Hawaiian flower garlands, palm trees and flamingos, and there will be carnival showgirl on stilts.
The Thursday will have a traditional British seaside theme with Punch and Judy shows during the day and the chance to see the world’s biggest crustacean, Lobster A La Carte.
