A new “sensory room” for disabled pupils has opened at an Enfield school.
Oaktree School, which has 95 pupils with special needs and disabilities, was built over three and a half months in an unused room.
It features a dark room, soft play, and an interactive floor, which will be used both to help students develop, and to keep calm.
