Officers have uncovered a cannabis plant in Upper Edmonton and told offender to grow tomatoes instead.
Police visited a house in Brook Crescent, Edmonton, at around midday today and took to Twitter to issue a message to anybody growing cannabis.
Enfield MPS tweeted: “Upper Edmonton have been out harvesting again, we did warn you, grow drugs and we will be visiting. #TomatoesInstead.”
Police said 96 plants had been found on the site and no arrests have yet been made.
Following a tweet of the site, the Enfield police twitter team added: “Old or young we’ll take your plants...”
