A 16-year-old boy is one of four to have been charged with conspiracy to possess a firearm and intent to endanger life.
The teenager from Upper Edmonton, who cannot be named for legal reasons, along with Kaelem Wynter, 18, of Ripon Way, Borehamwood, Elvis Kisikidi, 19, of Gurney Close, Barking, and Olatunji Ladejobi, 20, of Araglen Avenue, South Ockendon, Essex, will all appear in court again on August 19 after being arrested on Monday.
The four men were pulled over by firearms officers whilst driving on City Road, north London, and were then charged on August 5, at Highbury Magistrates’ Court.
Two other men, aged 18 and 25, were arrested in connection with the investigation and have been bailed to return to a police station on a date in early October pending further enquiries.
