A 24-year-old man has been arrested after a hammer-wielding thug smashed the windows at Edmonton Police Station.
The incident happened at about 9.10am on Friday, July 24.
The Metropolitan Police said a man walked into the front of the building and smashed the windows. He then left the building and continued to smash the windows outside, before making off.
Shortly afterwards, a 24-year-old man was arrested at Fore Street on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and criminal damage.
He was bailed to a date in early September.
