Enfield were held to a draw with Hornsey in Middlesex Cricket League Division Two on Saturday.

Batting first, Enfield declared on a total of 251 for six from 54 overs. Craig Williams was in superb form as the opener scored 111. Ewart Thompson hit 46 and Kyal Bacchus-Brown chipped in with an impressive contribution of 61.

In reply, Hornsey never threatened the total and finished on 183 for five. Lesbourne Edwards finished with figures of three for 71.

Enfield picked up four points compared to one for their opponents due to the faster scoring rate.

The Seconds eased to a six-wicket win over Brondesbury in Division Two.

Enfield put their opponents into bat and Brondesbury were dismissed for 158 in 54 overs.

The side had few problems chasing down the total for the loss of four wickets in 37.3 overs.

Enfield Thirds drew with Alexandra Park in the 1987 Cricket League Division One.

Alexandra Park were put into bat and reached a total of 254 for nine. James Quinlan returned figures of three for 55. Adam Baxter took two for 18 and Callum Wick picked up two for 50.

In reply, Enfield finished on 234 for nine. Quinlan top scored with 46 while Adam Baxter hit 36 and Callum Wick contributed 38.

Winchmore Hill cruised to a six-wicket win over Middlesex Tamil Sports & Social Club in Middlesex Division Three.

Middesex Tamil were put into bat and were dismissed for 225. Winchmore Hill reached the target for the loss of just four wickets in 45.4 overs.

In Division Two, Winchmore Hill Seconds lost by 82 runs to Osterley.

Their opponents were dismissed for 189 but a disappointing display from Winchmore Hill saw the side skittled out for just 107 in 46.1 overs.

The Thirds were held to a draw with Shepherds Bush in Division Three.

Shepherds Bush declared on 261 for eight while Winchmore Hill could only reach 217 for eight from their innings.
