More than £1,000 was donated at a competition to raise money for autism awareness.
Children from across the borough took part in the two-day futsal tournament at Innova Park, in Enfield Lock last week.
Futsal is an indoor variety of football played with a smaller ball and popular in Brazil.
First Futsal founder Drew Tyler was delighted with the tournament and the contribution to the National Autistic Society.
He said: “We are trying to raise awareness for a very worthy cause that not a lot of people understand.
“It was really nice to see the children contributing over the two days and overall it was a success.”
Mr Tyler, who recently set up the futsal group, is hoping to continue the fund raising events.
He said: “We had 60 kids this time so it would be nice to do it again and get more schools involved in playing futsal. It’s not something everyone has heard of but it’s a very testing sport in its own right.”
