A 22-year-old man was rushed to hospital after he was stabbed in the leg.
Police were called to Parsonage Lane, Enfield, at 9.52am on Saturday following reports of a fight.
London Ambulance service attended and treated a 22-year-old man a stab wound to his leg.
He was taken to a north London hospital and later discharged.
The suspect is described as a black man aged in his 30s wearing dark clothing.
Initial reports on social media suggested the man was stabbed for his mobile phone.
Detectives are investigating the incident. No arrests have yet been made.
