The annual St Nicholas fair is set to take place today with a variety of Christmas treats in store.
The fair, on Winchmore Hill Green, will see more than 70 stalls, live music, an ice rink and performances from local schools.
Kevin McNamara, manager of the Kings Head Pub, on The Green, Winchmore Hill, said: “We are proud to be able to help a local community group like The N21 festival put on such a brilliant event. We are a family pub and seeing everyone come together on the day, brings us nearer to the vibrant community in Winchmore Hill.”
Organiser Ann Humphrey added: “The event is free and there will be a full day of free activities for children, as well as an ice-rink, Victorian carriage rides, an organ, and music and great food all day. It will once again bring The Green alive with laughter and fun. We can’t wait.”
Mayor of Enfield Councillor Ali Bakir and Enfield Southgate MP David Burrowes will open the event.
