Two brothers will be seen by millions on television this weekend after creating their own music video.

Kieron and Jayden Lewin, of Edmonton, will perform Salute by Little Mix, as part of an advertisement break during ITV singing competition X Factor.

Keiron, eight, and Jayden, four, created their own ‘Mix Off’ music video using the app, taking inspiration from pop stars.

The brothers' parents said: “In their words, it feels absolutely awesome to know that they’ll be on primetime TV this weekend.

“They both love to dance and enjoy being in the spotlight. We absolutely love Little Mix too; it’s one of our wake up tunes and we’ll definitely be all snuggled up on the sofa in the living room watching the X-Factor this weekend. It feels awesome to be representing Edmonton.”

The slot was created by media company TalkTalk.

Olivia Streatfield at TalkTalk said: “Our customers enjoy the exclusive access they get to The X Factor and the chance of being on TV is hugely exciting for many. We returned to interactive sponsorship bumpers to allow the nation to be involved in The X Factor and to give fans a shot to appear on TV.

“We encourage others to get involved in the Mix Off app with their friends, family and neighbours.”

Their video will be shown during an ad break on this Saturday's X Factor show.

The X Factor contestants returned to live in Enfield this year for a second time in a row.
