The Edmonton park is undergoing a five-year regeneration plan with the new baby changing facilities, and toilets for disabled people an important step.
Planned future improvements to the park include a wild flower zone, a cafe, and a water feature with fountain jets in the children's play area.
And the council has high hopes for its other parks too having now applied for six green flag park awards for its Jubilee, Pymmes, Grovelands, Oakwood, Town , and Forty Hall parks.
Enfield Council's cabinet member for environment Cllr Terry Neville said: "The Council has invested thousands of pounds into new playgrounds and upgraded facilities in parks, such as the newly refurbished toilets in Jubilee Park.
"Our bid to gain six Green Flags reflects the Council's ambition and commitment to Enfield's parks."
