A pub is looking spick and span after getting a five star rating.
The Cart, on Montagu Road, in Edmonton, received its five star rating from environmental health officers for its food hygiene standards.
Pub manager Nicola Laver said: “The award demonstrates how hard our team works every day behind the scenes to ensure we produce food to the highest quality.
"It is public recognition for having such high food hygiene standards.”
Johnathan Webster, managing director of brewery Greene King, which owns the Edmonton pub, said: “Not only is this excellent news for the pub, but it also gives our customers the peace of mind when eating out.
"The award clearly signals that the food quality and hygiene levels are superb.”
