- 5’s A Crowd
Meet the Akindes: Agatha, Solomon, Keisha, Kendei and Tayo, and follow their whirlwind mix of personalities. A talented cast of five black male actors play 22 characters, over three generations, from two cultures, all in one comical family. Hackney Empire and The Dugdale Centre present this play written by Ashley J Francis and directed by Roger Griffiths. There will be post-show discussions on July 24 and 25.

- London Bridges
Our hero, story-collector Jack, lives on one of London’s many bridges and is on a quest to collect the magical stories brought to his city from around the world. Join some very familiar characters – thestubborn princess, the mysterious wizard, the dastardly villain and the fool as they retell a cascade of stories old and new, using amazing puppets, beautiful music and a madcap and zany energy.

- Edinburgh Previews
