Drivers can have their number plates secured with tamperproof screws free of charge at locations around the borough this month.
The Metropolitan Police are working with Enfield Council to tackle car crime, and have made 95 arrests since they joined forces last year.
Officers will be offering to change driver’s number plate screws free of charge at the locations below as part of the operation.
July 14 - Southbury Retail Parks - Sainsbury's Crown Road.
July 15 - Co-op Hertford Rd, EN3 (opposite Ordnance Road).
July 16 – IKEA, Edmonton.
July 17 - Ponders End Tesco car park, from 12pm to 2pm and Asda car park from 2pm to 4pm.
