Free tennis sessions will be served up for families this weekend ahead of Wimbledon.
The second of four ‘Great British Tennis weekends’ will take place this weekend at three Enfield tennis clubs.
Inspired by the renowned championships, the David Lloyd Club, in Caterhatch Lane, Southgate Weld, in Waterfall Lane and Bush Hill Park club, in Abbey Road will all be offering free sessions.
Regional participation tennis manager Jemima Lee said: “It’s great to see the amount of local people who are grabbing a racket and getting involved. People of all ages and abilities, young and old, parent and child, are all taking this opportunity to hit up at their local court for a wide variety of fun and free tennis activities.
“With Wimbledon right around the corner and the excitement around the event palpable, there’s no better time to get down to your local park or club in Enfield and get involved in these fantastic events."
