  • Skewbald Children’s Theatre Festival

Enfield Independent:

After sell-out successes at Dugdale with The Princess & The Pea and Goldilocks & the Three Bears, Skewbald return this half term with their own festival, jam-packed with the very best children’s theatre companies around. Enjoy Monty and Mirabella’s The Little Things, A Little Bit Productions presents A Little Bit of Dickens, Another Way Theatre brings The Wabbit King and it ends with Skewbald’s brand new show, The Frog Prince, which will make a splash with magical puppets, enchanting music and song to delight audiences of all ages.

  • The Great British Tattoo Show

Enfield Independent:

Zombie boy, famed for his full body skeleton tattoo and appearing in a Lady Gaga video, will DJ at this event which combines showcases from some of the world’s most skilled tattoo artists and fashion shows.

  • Tales Big Day Out

Children will have the opportunity to take part in a great interactive workshop and watch a fun performance of Tales from the Shed, then everyone will come together for a huge Tales extravaganza in the amphitheatre. There will also be other free activities to discover and enjoy and the North London Artist Network will be there capturing the day through drawings.

  • Save the Story

The first live storytelling event at this new venue has been organised by Pushkin Children’s Books and will be hosted by Ossian, a theatre collective. They will introduce the stories of Antigone, Gulliver, Captain Nemo and Don Juan, inviting audiences to share, listen and become storytellers themselves. For ages eight to 12 years.

  • The Kitchen

A 1950s world of master chefs, tyrannical restaurant owners, the blood, sweat and tears atmosphere of the kitchen, culinary rivalry, harassed waiting staff and juggling of cooking tasks by an aspirational staff dreaming of a better life. A play thats issues resonate loudly today.
