Reason to celebrate: Doug Taylor can rejoice retaining Enfield Borough Council
Labour has officially retained control of Enfield Borough Council for a second successive term.
After securing a surprise gain in Bush Hill Park ward, the party guaranteed its winning position by retaining Southbury ward.
Three wards are still to be announced – Winchmore Hill, Southgate Green and Chase.
