Police are appealing for witnesses after three teenagers have been robbed at knifepoint in an Edmonton park.

The three friends, one 17 and the othees 18, were robbed in Pymmes Park, Edmonton at approximately 4pm on Thursday, April 24.

Three attackers set upon the teens in the park and demanded they hand over their mobiles.

When they refused, one attacker pulled a knife and a fight ensued resulted in one of the friends being stabbed in the arm.

The other two men were robbed as the fight took place and made off towards Silver Street station.

The suspects are described as black and aged between 16 and 17.

The man carrying the knife was described as tall and of thin build, wearing a blue hooded top and woolly hat.

Both other attackers are described as being of slim build and wearing dark clothing.
