A women’s charity is holding a free financial awareness seminar to help individuals learn about money, how to get it working harder for them, and how to achieve financial independence.
The event, ‘How Money Works’, takes place next Thursday, May 15, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, at Community House, 311 Fore Street, Edmonton, London, N9 0PZ.
Attendees will learn how to “stack their debts” so that they can pay them off and become debt-free sooner, the difference between saving and investing, how to pay their mortgage earlier, how to plan for retirement and more.
The seminar is aimed at all who are interested in learning more about about how their money works and in taking action on their personal finances to improve their financial situation now and for the future.
It is being hosted by Nehanda Black Women’s Organisation, an Enfield-based charity which aims to primarily empower and educate women, and is open to all.
