An Edmonton children’s group has announced its Easter Extravaganza.

Dream Big Kidz will hold its fun day free of charge on Thursday, April 10 in St Peters Church Hall in Bounces Road.

The day will consist of a treasure hunt and pancake decorating, with the first 20 children to arrive receiving a gift.

The group was set up by Candice Henry and Winnie Nsimbi and are hopeful of bringing positivity back into the area.

They said: “We want to bring positivity back into our area and have our children growing up somewhere safe. We have been overwhelmed by the positive feedback about how children’s lives have been improved following our workshops.”

The group hosts workshops during school holidays and twice a week after school.
