The man found guilty of murdering his housemate has been sentenced to a minimum of 24 years in prison.
Paul Floyd Marshall of Elmhurst Road, Freezywater, was found guilty of murdering Orvil Brown, 47, at the Old Bailey earlier today.
The 51-year-old has now been sentenced and will serve a life imprisonment with a minimum of 24 years behind bars.
Marshall stabbed Mr Brown in the neck after an argument at the house over a slammed door.
Mr Brown was found in a pool of blood by a fellow flatmate and pronounced dead at 2.55am on July 12, 2013.
