People with rare blood types have been urged to give blood because health service stocks are running low.
Trent Park golf course, in Bramey Road, Enfield, will hold its first blood donation session for people who have the blood groups O negative or B negative on Thursday between 1.15pm and 7.30pm.
The second date will be at Angel Community Centre in Raynham Road in Edmonton on Friday, April 4 between 12.45pm and 7.15pm.
Dominic Sutherland, lead donor relations manager for NHS Blood and Transplant, said: “If you have an appointment to donate at an upcoming session, please keep it, especially if you are an O negative and B negative blood donor.
“If you don’t yet have an appointment booked, please make one to donate in the upcoming weeks and help us to keep stock levels healthy.”
