Pupils helped raise the roof as England defeated Denmark 1-0 in their international friendly at Wembley.

Lorraine Brazier, PE teacher at Winchmore School in Enfield, managed to get hold of tickets for 44 students and seven staff members last Wednesday.

She said: “The pupils experienced the great atmosphere and even started off the Mexican wave late in the match. When Daniel Sturridge scored in the 81st minute, they raised the roof.”
