A patient survey at an Enfield hospital has revealed a satisfaction rating of 98 per cent.
A total of 3,464 patients took part in the annual survey at The King’s Oak and Cavell Hospitals in The Ridgeway, Enfield.
The questionnaire looked in to patients’ overall impression of admission, consultant care, X-rays, anaesthetists, theatre staff and accommodation.
Executive director David Henderson said: “Patients are at the centre of everything we do at BMI The King’s Oak and Cavell Hospital and this report is vital in allowing us to assess how we are doing on an annual basis.
“The result are something to be really proud of but we are continually refining our standards and will look to improve on this in the future.”
