Enfield Borough Council is offering five days of intense fitness sessions next month.
To celebrate International Women’s Day, the sessions will offer a number of events including boxing, netball, pilates, fitness circuits and yoga.
The action packed programme will last from Monday, March 3 to Saturday, March 8.
Enfield Council’s cabinet member for culture, leisure, youth and localism, Councillor Bambos Charalambous, said: “This year’s theme for International Women’s Day is ‘Inspiring Change’ and at Enfield Council we intend to do just that. The diverse activities on offer will enable everyone to socialise and try new fitness activities.”
Sessions will last between 35 and 40 minutes and are free of charge.
