Two men have been charged with manslaughter following the death of a man in Edmonton.
Mohammad Ozongheshlagh Babamiri, 58, of Poplar Grove, New Southgate, and David James Hawkins, 30, of Essex were charged with the manslaughter of Shenol Shevka-Ahmed at The Hastingwood Trading Estate in Harbut, Edmonton on January 11, 2014.
The men were charged with manslaughter as well as associated breaches of health and safety.
The pair have been bailed and will appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on March 4.
