Three men have been charged with an attack at Edmonton station that left a 28-year-old in hospital.

Ian Young, 22 and Desmond Illington, 36, both of Edmonton, and Joe Illington, of Poplar, have been charged with violent disorder, criminal damage and actual bodily harm

The three men were arrested on Friday, January 24.

The attack took place at Edmonton train station in Church Street on January 21 on the 6.15pm train from Liverpool Street to Enfield Town.

One man was hospitalised as a result of the attack and one train carriage was vandalised.

They were charged at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, January 25.
