Teen knocked down by a car by Enfield Chase Station earlier this month in a serious but stable condition as the driver is interviewed under caution

An 18-year-old girl who was knocked down by a car earlier this month remains in a serious but stable condition.

The girl was hit by a car on Windmill Hill in Enfield, on Sunday, January 5, and was taken to Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel.

The woman driving the car did not stop at the scene but has since been interviewed under caution after attending an Enfield Police station voluntarily.

The teen suffered head injuries but is now in a serious but stable condition.

Enquiries continue as the police continue to appeal for witnesses. No arrests have been made.

Just think , If Chase Farm had been open as it used to be as a normal Hospital then this Lady could have gone their instead of White Chapel, Now it was probably only 2-3 minutes to Chase Farm, but I dread to think How long it took to get to White Chapel . And they this progress!
