An 18-year-old girl who was knocked down by a car earlier this month remains in a serious but stable condition.
The girl was hit by a car on Windmill Hill in Enfield, on Sunday, January 5, and was taken to Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel.
The woman driving the car did not stop at the scene but has since been interviewed under caution after attending an Enfield Police station voluntarily.
The teen suffered head injuries but is now in a serious but stable condition.
Enquiries continue as the police continue to appeal for witnesses. No arrests have been made.
