A national company based in Enfield has rewarded impressive progress by some of its newest recruits.

Kelvin Hughes, based in Mollison Avenue, Enfield, ran a course to help improve their employees’ customer service, team work and management skills.

The 16 people who took on the course are from the North of London and are all aged between 16 and 24 years old.

Martin Taylor, managing director of Kelvin Hughes Charts, said: “This course was introduced after being extremely impressed by the quality of recruits from the local communities around the Enfield area.

“The 16 KH Charts employees are well on their way to achieving their well-deserved qualification. Their achievement shows beyond doubt that investing in young people particularly can generate real results, and we’re looking forward to implementing their great ideas.”

The employees who completed the course were Ross Adams, Michael Avard, Benjamin Burdett, Kevin Butler, Kevin Duke, Francesca Fetta, Philip Glendenning, Ata Hassan, Lee Henesy, Karren Monery, Yolanta Newbery, Manisha Patel, Jack Reid, Roy Saliba, Chloe Smith and Emma Taylor.
