Pupils and teachers from an Enfield school put their thinking caps on to take part in a charity problem-solving event.
Children and staff at Oasis Academy Hadley in South Street, Ponders End, took part in the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children’s Number Day.
Students took part in activities such as ‘Dress Up For Digits Day’ and other maths-related challenges in which pupils made small donations to the NSPCC.
Maths co-ordinator Aisha Stanley said: “The Number Day teaching and fundraising materials will help us to deliver interactive and engaging maths lessons whist having fun and raising money for a good cause.
“I’d encourage other primary and secondary schools in Enfield to put on their thinking caps and take part to support the vital work of the NSPCC.”
