Nursery in Palmers Green relocated to Bounds Green for more than half a million
A nursery has made a four-mile trip to a new home which has room for more than 80 children.
The Co-operative Childcare in Palmerston Road, Palmers Green has now relocated to his new home on Bounds Green Road, Enfield, which has had a £612,000 makeover.
Launched on Monday, September 8, parents and children received a tour of the new facilities which will hold 83 children.
Selen Suleyman, nursery manager at Bounds Green, said: “We are delighted to have opened this new nursery in Bounds Green and it has been great to welcome children and parents to the nursery this week to show them the fantastic facilities which have been purpose-built.
“We are particularly pleased with how much space the building has, including a significant outdoor area. Children from Palmers Green nursery which have relocated to this new site were able to have a say in what they wanted to see at their new nursery, so we hope they enjoy exploring and getting to know their new surroundings.
“At Bounds Green our main focus is to provide outstanding childcare, offering a happy and safe environment for children to learn and enjoy themselves, and we are looking forward to welcoming even more children over the coming months.”
