An Enfield medical consultant has been named amongst the best health professionals in the country.
Top Sante Health and Beauty magazine have ranked Nitu Bajekal as one of the UK’s “Hottest Health Gurus."
The gynaecology consultant, who practises at BMI The King’s Oak and Cavell hospitals in Enfield, received the recognition for her work in female and reproductive health.
Mrs Bajekal said: “I am flattered by this recognition from Top Sante Health and Beauty. As a medical professional, the rewards come from working with our patients and achieving the best individual outcomes while in our care, but having this recognition is a great privilege.
"It is important to stress that I work with an excellent team of individuals and this recognition is also an acknowledgement of the skills of the nurses and other health professionals with whom I work in both my NHS and private practice.”
