Broken down vehicle causing delays on A406 in Edmonton

Motorists face delays on the A406 due to a broken down vehicle which has partially blocked the carriageway.
The A406 in Edmonton is blocked at the Kenninghall Interchange, just after the start of the flyover.
Traffic is building eastbound as the broken down vehicle is recovered.
