Disabled Enfield students have beaten hot competition to make it to the finals of a London-wide sport competition.

Young people from West Lea School and Waverley and Chase Community School beat students from Waltham Forest, Haringey and Barnet yesterday in boccia, table cricket, curling and field athletics heats.

Students will represent north London in the fight to win the Panathlon Challenge at Southbury Leisure Centre in Southbury Road on June 19.
