Enfield man found guilty in sham marriage case at Old Bailey

A man has been found guilty of money laundering and immigration offences relating to sham marriages.

Cenk Guclu, 41, of Links Side, Enfield was found guilty at the Old Bailey yesterday following an investigation by the UK Border Agency into the creation and use of fake documents to support "sham marriages”.

Guclu is one of four men found guilty and all will be sentenced at the Old Bailey on Monday February 18.
