Five people rescued from Hedge Lane Palmers Green flat fire

Five people were rescued after a fire broke out in Palmers Green last night.
Twenty-one firefighters from Edmonton, Tottenham and Southgate fire stations were called to the blaze in Hedge Lane at 7.15pm.
Paramedics treated a three-month-old baby and a 39-year-old man at the scene, but they were not taken to hospital. The cause of the fire, which was under control by 8.05pm, is under investigation.
