Two men have been arrested after 150 wraps of suspected heroin and cocaine were flung from a property.
Officers from Enfield Lock and Turkey Street Safer Neighbourhood Teams along with Enfield’s Gangs Unit raided a home in Ordnance Road in Enfield Lock on Thursday.
As they entered, a man was seen throwing two bags from the property.
When officers retreived the bags, they were found to contain approximately 150 wraps of what is believed to be heroin and cocaine.
A 26-year-old man was arrested for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
The operation resulted in a double arrest, as officers stopped a man who left the address as they were arriving.
The 49-year-old was arrested for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs after being found with two wraps – one believed to be heroin, and the other, cocaine.
Both have been bailed pending further enquiries.
