Two dogs believed to be dangerous have been seized by police.
Officers from Enfield Highway Safer Neighbourhood Team took the canines, thought to be pit-bull terriers, from the property in Tiverton House in Exeter Road, Enfield Highway, on Wednesday.
A 28-year-old man arrested for possession of a fighting dog has been bailed pending further enquiries.
If the dogs are declared dangerous, they could be destroyed under the Dangerous Dogs Act.
