Broken down vehicle causing delays at J25 for Enfield on the M25

Motorists face delays on the M25 this morning due to a broken-down vehicle.
Two lanes are closed on the M25's anticlockwise carriageway at J25 with the A10 for Enfield as the vehicle is recovered from the road.
Travel time though the area is currently at 40 minutes, with congestion leading back to J27 for the M11.
