Commuter traffic delayed on M25 due to broken down vehicle

Thirty-minute delays are forming on M25 due to an earlier broken down vehicle.
Although the vehicle was removed early this morning, queues are affecting journeys between Junction 25 in Enfield and Winston Churchill Way in Cheshunt.
Great Cambridge Road was closed while the vehicle was recovered.
