A post-mortem into the death of a young woman in Enfield Island Village has found she died of injuries including stab wounds to the chest and abdomen.
Akua Agyueman, 23, died in the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel on Wednesday morning almost two months after she was stabbed in Gunner Drive in the early hours of November 6.
A post-mortem gave her cause of death as multiple organ failure and multiple injuries.
Her husband, Minta Adiddo, 37, of Rigby Place in Enfield Lock, was charged with attempted murder before her death. He is due to appear at Wood Green Crown Court in Lordship Lane on Thursday January 31.
