University of Reading students from Enfield Stefan Andreas and Simona Angelini rewarded for coming top of the class

Philosophy student Simona Angelini received the highest result in her subject
Two students who are acing their university studies are enjoying the limelight after achieving the highest grades in their subjects.
University of Reading philosophy student Simona Angelini, 20, from Palmers Green, was recognised for receiving the highest grade in her course at the end of her first year exams.
And 21-year-old Stefan Andreas of Bincote Road in Oakwood was rewarded for scoring the highest marks at the end of the first year of his accounting and management course.
The hardworking pair, who are in the university’s top one per cent of students, were celebrated with 70 other students during the chancellor's award ceremony at the end of term.
Chancellor Sir John Madejski, who presented the awards, said: “Stefan and Simona are representative of our brightest and best students from across the university's broad range of academic disciplines.
“We are extremely proud to be able to showcase such inspiring individuals.”
Mr Andreas said: “I’m so honoured to receive this award – the highlight of my year was achieving a first in part one of my studies so it is great to be recognised in this way.
"I am very pleased that my hard work paid off.”
