A man charged with the murder of a 20-year-old man five years ago has been remanded in custody until the end of March.
Robert Dominic Bernard, 30, of no fixed address, appeared at the Old Bailey today charged with the murder of Duane Tomlin in Dendridge Close in Turkey Street on July 5, 2007.
He has also been charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
Mr Bernard, who was arrested and charged with the offences yesterday, is due to appear at the same court on March 28 next year.
Adrian Thomas, 29, of Lion Road in Edmonton, was charged with the same offences yesterday and is due to appear in court later today.
