Snow fell and reindeer frolicked while pub-goers raised £800 for a children’s cancer charity on Saturday.

The Moon Under Water pub in Chase Side held a craft market and a raffle to raise money for UK charity CLIC Sargent, which supports children diagnosed with cancer.

Visitors fed reindeer while being sprinkled with snow produced by a snow machine.

Pub manager David Kirkby said: “It was a fantastic day, the youngsters enjoyed the snow machine and meeting the reindeer.

"We had a lot of festive fun and raised money for a great charity too.”
